How Do I Sign Up for Wash N Folded?
You can easily sign up here! Choose between a one-time pickup or a recurring subscription (weekly or bi-weekly). Every load is treated with attention, intention, and respect—because your trust matters. Customize your wash preferences, add payment details, and you’re set — no long-term contract required.

We proudly serve San Antonio and Castroville — and we’re expanding! If we don’t cover your ZIP code yet, you can join our waiting list to be notified as soon as service becomes available.
What Is the Turnaround Time?
Your laundry is returned promptly—clean, folded, and ready within 24–48 hours, so your routine stays uninterrupted. Most orders are delivered the next day after pickup. Saturday pickups are delivered Monday. Same-day rush service is available for an extra $30 (up to 50 lbs).
Do You Clean Comforters and Oversized Items?
Yes! Your comforters, duvets, and blankets are returned fresh, deep-cleaned, and ready to wrap you in comfort.
Do You Offer Business or Commercial Laundry Services?
Absolutely. We serve restaurants, salons, Airbnbs, gyms, and offices with customized pickup schedules, bulk discounts, and sanitized processing. From small businesses to busy teams, we keep your laundry handled so you can stay focused on what you do best.
Can I Choose My Detergents?
Yes — Choose what works best for your home—gentle hypoallergenic care or fresh, clean scents you’ll love.
What If I Forget to Leave My Laundry Out?
Don’t worry — you’ll get reminder texts and emails to help avoid missed pickups. If our driver arrives and the laundry isn’t ready, a missed pickup fee ($15–$30 depending on service type) may apply.
Can You Pick Up or Deliver to My Work Address?
Yes! We can collect and return laundry at any address within our service area. Simply add special instructions or preferred times to your account so our driver can coordinate pickup conveniently.
Are You Closed on Holidays?
Yes. We observe major holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Day, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day — plus local observances like Juneteenth and Veterans Day. Service resumes the next business day.
